OUR OWN CHAIN OF SHOPS
The need to have close contact with our clients and to understand their needs and expectations led the group to develop a chain of its own stores in Spain during the seventies. During the past decade we have spread our operation abroad, opening stores in the world’s main capital cities, including the recently opened stores in New York, London, Paris and Tokyo.
Pronovias stores are international references in the sector thanks to people’s experience of shopping there and the levels of service they provide. Our stores are located in the best streets in the cities where they are found. They are outstanding not only for their contemporary décor, the quality of their architecture and their layout, that allows future brides to enjoy the whole process of choosing their dresses, but because the attention and service they offer is so special, and carefully planned to meet our clients' expectations.
Our retail team takes care with each and every detail, providing excellent service, from a warm welcome to help and advice during the selection process, to every last adjustment the bridal gown might need.
