WHERE DO I ORDER MY GOWN??
We have many shops, but we recommend that you order your gown from the one that will be most convenient for you as far as the fittings and pick-up are concerned. You'll find the addresses and contact numbers of all our shops in the PRONOVIAS catalogue and on our website.
HOW MANY MONTHS IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER THE DRESS?
We recommend you order your dress six months before the wedding, so that our ateliers can manufacture the dress and you can then have all the fittings at the store calmly. In any event, we are more than happy to assist every bride no matter of how son or how far off her wedding is.
CAN I GO WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes, whenever you like. You'll always be welcomed and taken care of in our shops. Once there, we will give you information, show you our collections, advise you and you can try on the gowns you like the most. The only thing is that you may have to wait for a little while if there is a bride with a prior appointment already there.
WHERE CAN I REQUEST INFORMATION?
By calling the Customer Service number, +34 900-100-075, from Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00, where the operators will be happy to provide you with information and answer your questions.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DISPLAY STYLES AVAILABLE FOR TRYING IN THE SHOP ARE NOT IN MY SIZE?
There is no problem as the dresses we have in store are only useful for display purposes and to give you an idea of the dress. When you order the dress it will be ordered in your size, we will adjust it after the first and the second fitting.
CAN I PERSONALISE MY GOWN?
Of course, we have a wide range of fabric and pattern options and variations designed by our designers to personalise your bridal gown to your tastes.
Ask your Personal Adviser and the Shop Manager for advice.
HOW DO I PAY?
One third of the amount when the order is placed; one third at the time of first fitting and the balance when the gown is collected.
WHAT ABOUT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
The use of your confidential information is limited to the Pronovias Group. You can always call if you need to change or update your information. That way, we'll be able to keep you informed in the future of all that Pronovias has to offer its clients.
